Cross CountryTo tryout, the student/athlete must provide the following mandatory paperwork:
U.I.L. Physical form signed and dated by a physician. The form must be dated on or after May 16, 2015.

Team Rules (signed and returned to coaches)
Emergency Medical Card (completed online)
Concussion Acknowledgment Form (completed online)
Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form (completed online)

Cross Country (XC) is a distance running sport. Our meets consist of a 2 mile trail running course. Our average mileage will be 10 - 12 miles a week for 7th graders and 15 miles a week for 8th graders.
The main policies are:
be able to attend all meets, only runners that can attend all 6 meets will be put on the roster
be able to run 1.5 miles without stopping by our first week of school (summer training is imperative)
