Hello and welcome! I am so excited to be working with your child this year in the House of Davidson.  This is my 12th year at MIS, and my 17th year teaching overall.  I attended the University of North Texas, double majoring in English and political science, and I earned my master's degree in literature at Colorado State University.  I am passionate about meeting kids where they are and teaching them the skills they need to know to grow their reading and writing.  When I am not in the classroom, I am spending time with my husband and six year old son, Jay.
