G.E.A.R. UP

G.E.A.R. UP is a wonderful day for your child to meet their campus Dyslexia Therapist, learn advocacy skills, meet other students with dyslexia, explore the technology tools that will be offered to them during the school year, and get tips for success in the classroom from former dyslexic HPISD students!

This information day is always right before the new school years starts and is open to students who will be starting the Take Flight program, those already in the Take Flight program, and for those who have graduated from the Take Flight program. Your child must have a diagnosis of dyslexia to attend.

I highly recommend that in the summer you sign up and try to have your child attend their session! It is a wonderful resource for them and a great way for them to G.E.A.R. UP for the new school year!
