Welcome to The Genius Bar how can I help you anything I've tried I tried can you help me get it unstuck you need to learn about the ctrl-alt-delete trick when you click and hold on all three of the what's buttons on your keyboard at the same time you got to the task manager where you can force a program to quit when its present let's try it now I never knew you could do that what are all the other things that come up when you do control alt delete Let's Take a Look Lock this computer will lock the computer can users see if example that you were doing something private such as sending an email or checking your grades online and you don't want anyone else to see if you have to run an errand a drink and you don't want to leave your computer unattended then lock the workstation you will have to type your password in again before you can get back on your screen to see what you were were is to keep information private and confidential  switch user will let another person log on to your account without logging you off completely it's a little faster than picking the one below that says log off but after a while and everyone does this then it's just taking up a bunch of memory on the computer can use it when you really don't have time to log off change a password let's do just that however it am I asking hpms students are not allowed to choose a network passwords so that's it for ctrl-alt-delete thanks again
