Monday - Friday 7:25 AM - 7:55 AM

Students are free to attend tutorials with the other 8th-grade science teachers on days that I'm absent.

Monday and Wednesday 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM

Hello! My name is Aimee Weissler and this is my second year teaching 8th-grade science at HPMS.  I previously taught 8th-grade math in Dallas ISD at J.L. Long Middle School. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M (Gig 'em!) with minors in Business Administration and Communications. I am certified to teach both science and math in grades 5-8. I graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2021 with a Master's in Education. 

I am thrilled to be continuing my career in education at HPMS - my husband is an HPISD alum (Class of '11) so being part of this district and community is very special to us.  I look forward to fostering a collaborative relationship with my fellow teachers, students and their parents/guardians to create every opportunity for academic success and increase my students' interest in science/lifelong learning.
