Goals

To comply fully with all written district curriculum documents and state-mandated TEKS;
To provide an instructional environment that encourages student success;
To provide instruction that allows each student to increase their level of conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills;
To show a yearly increase in the number of students performing at the Commended level on the TAKS test;
To have all students placed in an appropriate level of math curriculum based on their individual needs; and
To provide a smooth transition from K-6 mathematics into the middle school mathematics programs, as well as a smooth transition from HPMS to HPHS
