- I grew up in Highland Park and went to college at SMU, where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a certification in teaching. I also have a Master of Education (emphasis in reading) and a Master of Science in Counseling. My teaching and work experience varies across grade levels: teaching elementary and middle school students and counseling/advising high school and college students.
