Basic Information:

Tutorial times are times for students to come in for a reteach, reassessment, or a preview of the day.

Google Classroom:

Google Classroom is the hub for my ELA class.
I post lessons, activities, handouts, and notes under each period's class by the start of class every day.
Digital content will include PDFs of texts, links, recorded lessons, videos, etc.

Syllabus and Curriculum:

The Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, or TEKS, for English/Language Arts have been adopted by TEA, and we will implement this curriculum using the new SpringBoard resource from CollegeBoard.
HPISD Educational Services will post our curriculum and proposed scope and sequence on the HPISD curriculum website.
