About Ms. Johnson
Welcome to the House of Dunbar! This will be my 12th at MIS, and my 17th year teaching! Before coming to MIS, I taught high school English. I’m from Dallas, and I attended Texas A&M for my undergraduate degree and Texas Tech for graduate school. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, and going on walks. Also, I enjoy trying new restaurants, and I’m always on the search for the perfect latte and avocado toast. This past year I’ve been learning how to play pickleball! I’m so excited about this year!
