I am beginning my ninth year in education, and I am very excited to be back at MIS! I was in Dallas ISD for six years-three years as a Kindergarten teacher and three years as an Inclusion/Resource teacher.  I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, and I am currently pursuing my Master's Degree in Special Education at Southern Methodist University.

 

I am originally from San Antonio (Go Spurs!!) but made the move to Dallas ten years ago.  I love traveling, cooking, being crafty, and being outdoors-preferably by the water.  I currently reside in Dallas with my husband, our five year-old daughter, Emery, and our baby boy, Everett (born in March 2023).
